The regime’s warplanes target Jisr Al-Shugur Hospital leaving a child girl and a young man dead and knock the hospital out of service

The warplanes of the Syrian regime returned to continue their killing and destruction through carrying out a number of new raids after being absent from the airspace for more than 12 hours, where they targeted today morning by more than 15 raids, areas in Jisr Al-Shughur city and its vicinity, Jabal Al-Arba’in and Sraqeb and its outskirts within the countryside of Idlib province, and areas in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime’s aircraft have directly targeted Jisr Al-Shugur Hospital which killed a young man and a child girl in addition to the injury of a large number of people, the targeting also caused the hospital to be out of service, where this targeting comes in the frame of the systematic policy by the Syrian regime and its partner, Russia, to target the medical constructions and public facilities, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of serious injured cases some of which are in serious condition, in addition to the presence of information about other casualties.

In the same context, the factions shelled places in Qalaat Al-Madiq and Al-Suqaylabiyah controlled by the regime forces in the north-western countryside of Hama, which resulted in the death of a citizen and the injury of others in Al-Suqaylabiyah mostly inhabited by Christian people, while it rose to 12, the number of barrel bombs dropped since morning by helicopters on the vicinity of Kanesat Nakhla and Beshlamoun villages in the eastern countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur, Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad, Al-Sermaniyyeh village in Sahl Al-Ghab, also it rose to 220, the number of rocket and artillery shells through which the regime forces targeted places in Tal Melh, Al-Jabin, Al-Hammamiyat, Murak, Al-Hawash, Hawija, Al-Arba’in, A-Jisat, Tal Al-Sakhr and Hasraya in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, Qasabiyeh area in the far southern countryside of Idlib, other places in the area of the Abandoned Battalion and the villages of Rayyan, Sheikh Idris and Baj’as in the eastern countryside of Idlib, and the villages of Zammar and Jazraya in the southern countryside of Aleppo.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2280, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 10th of July 2019, and they are: 595 civilians including 152 children and 120 citizen women, and they are 65 including 19 children and 18 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 55 including 12 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 352 including 94 children, 65 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 80 people including 16 women and 10 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 43 citizens including 19 children and 9 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyyeh, Kernaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 887 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 567 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 798 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 10th of July 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2809 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 882 civilians including 238 children under the age of eighteen and 184 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 71 people including 25 children under the age of eighteen and 15 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 973 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 612 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 954 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3038 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 963 civilians including 266 children and 198 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 73 people including 25 children and 13 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1040 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 626 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1035 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
