The regime forces regain the control of the strategic village of Tal Melh after the killing of hundreds of their members in it during the past 52 days…and about 25 persons were killed on the 90th day of the escalation campaign within “Putin – Erdogan” area

At the end of the 90th day of the fiercest escalation campaign witnessed in the 4 sections of “Putin – Erdogan” area, the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them managed to impose their full control over the strategic village of Tal Melh in the northern countryside of Hama, after the withdrawal of the factions and jihadis from it after fierce battles that lasted for about 5 hours, and this comes about 52 days after the factions and jihadis managed to take the control of the strategic village, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of 9 fighters of the factions including 4 jihadis, in addition to the killing of 4 memebrs of the regime forces as a result of the clashes that took place in the village today.

And in the same context, it rose to 70, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad, Murak, Hasraya village, Al-Zakah, Tal Melh, Al-Jabin Al-Lataminah and Kafr Zita north of Hama, while it rose to 60, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes since morning targeting places in Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad, Tremla, Ariha, Sfuhen, Al-Hbit and Khan Shaykhun in the southern countryside of Idlib, Abu Ra’idah, Kafr Zita, Al-Lataminah, Al-Arba’in, Um Nayr, Tal Melh, Al-Jabin and Al-Sermaniyyeh in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, also it rose to 34, the strikes carried out by the Russian warplanes through which they targeted places in Kafr Zita, Al-Lataminah, Murak, Hasraya, Latmin, Al-Sayyad and Al-Arba’in in the northern countryside of Hama, Kabana area, in addition to Khan Shaykhun and Tahtaya in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the regime forces shelled by about 350 rocket shells, areas within the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, the southern countryside of Idlib, and the clash areas within the northern countryside of Latakia.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 12 persons who were killed on Sunday, and they are 5 citizens including 2 members of the same family were killed in airstrikes targeted residential neighborhoods in Ariha city in the southern countryside of Idlib, and 3 persons including 2 women were killed in Russian airstrike targeted al-Tannour farm located between Kafr Zita and al-Zakat north of Hama, and a civilian was killed in bombing by regime’s warplanes on the outskirts of Marshourin in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, and a civilian was killed in targeting by the regime forces using a guided missile at a vehicle in Rajm al-Qet southeast of Idlib, a citizen was killed due to artillery shelling that targeted Jesr Bayt al-Ras village in Hama countryside, and a child died affected by injuries he had in the fall of shells launched days ago by the factions on al-Hamdaniyyeh neighborhood in the western part of Aleppo city which is controlled by the regime forces.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2776, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 28th of July 2019, and they are: 837 civilians including 209 children and 154 citizen women, and they are 141 including 31 children and 31 women, and 5 of the civil defense and 3 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 61 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 462 including 127 children, 77 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 102 people including 19 women and 17 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 71 citizens including 24 children and 12 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1007 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 625 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 932 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 28th of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3305 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1123 civilians including 291 children under the age of eighteen and 218 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 97 people including 29 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1097 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 670 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1089 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3535 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1206 civilians including 319 children and 232 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 98 people including 29 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1160 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 683 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1169 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
