About 1270 air and ground strikes with the fierce battles kill and injure 160 citizens as well as members and fighters of the regime, the factions and jihadis

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that a jihadi faction detonated a new booby-trapped vehicle in Madaya area north-west of Khan Shaykhun city, which the regime forces restored hours ago, amid continued clashes between the both parties in the area, in conjunction with shelling and exchange of targeting in the eastern side of Khan Shaykhun south of Idlib, and the SOHR monitored more human losses in the ranks of the conflicting parties, where it rose to 26 including 18, the number of fighters who have been kill since after midnight, also the number of casualties of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them rose to 19, while the number of casualties is expected to increase because of the presence of more than 45 injuries, some of them have seriously wounded, in addition to information about other casualties.

Also the factions fired rocket shells on the neighborhoods of Halab Al-Jadidah and Jam’eyyat Al-Zahraa in Aleppo city which is under the control of the regime forces, while it rose to 89, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes on al-Tamanah, Khan Shaykhun, al-Rakaya, Kafrsajna, Tar’ei, Sheikh Mustafa, Ma’aret Hurmah, Hish, Tahtya, Ariha, Jarjnaz, Al-Ghadqah, Maarshourin, Al-Tah and the contact areas south of Idlib, and Murak north of Hama, while it rose to 95, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, and Sheikh Damis, Hish, surroundings of Khan Shaykhun, Sheikh Mustafa, Ma’aret Hurmah, Rakaya, Al-Hamidiyeh, Kafruma, Basida and the contact areas in the southern countryside of Idlib, while it rose to 44, the number of raids carried out by the warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” on the vicinity of Hish, al-Tamanah, Kafrsajna, Khan Shaykhun, Al-Rakaya and the contact areas in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Murak and Latmin in the northern countryside of Hama, also it rose to 1040, the number of shells and missiles through which the regime forces targeted places in the southern countryside of Idlib, the northern countryside of Hama and Latakia Mountains.

And the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 17 citizens due to the today’s aerial and ground bombardment on Idlib, they are: 15 citizens including 6 children and 4 women due to a massacre carried out by the Russian warplanes after they targeted a gathering of displaced people in the vicinity of Hass town in the southern countryside of Idlib, a child girl was killed in bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Ariha city, a child who was killed as a result of airstrikes carried out by the regime’s warplanes on Al-Ghadqah village, while the number of casualties is expected to increase because of the presence of more than 50 injuries, some of them have seriously wounded, in addition to information about other casualties.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3452, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 16th of August 2019, and they are: 926 civilians including 229 children and 170 citizen women, and they are 188 including 39 children and 41 women, and 7 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 69 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 483 including 134 children, 80 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 107 people including 20 women and 20 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 79 citizens including 26 children and 13 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1340 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 862 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1186 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 16th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3981 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1212 civilians including 311 children under the age of eighteen and 234 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 105 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 17 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1426  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 907 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1343 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4211 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1295 civilians including 340 children and 248 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 106 people including 31 children and 16 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1493 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1009 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1423 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
