More than 10 helicopters take turn in targeting areas in the southern countryside of Idlib with barrel bombs

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored about 11 of the Syrian regime’s helicopters targeting areas in the towns of Hazarin and Kafrsajna in the southern countryside of Idlib, while regime’s warplanes targeted by at least 100 airstrikes after midnight and this morning on areas in Khan Shaykhun, al-Rakaya, Hish, Kafrsajna, Sheikh Mustafa, Tar’ei, and Ma’aret Hurmah, and the Russian warplanes carried out at least 45 raids on places in al-Rakaya, Arinbeh, the vicinity of Abdeen, Tar’ei, al-Tamanah in the southern countryside of Idlib, Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, while the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on al-Naqir village south of Idlib at dawn of today, Saturday, also the regime forces targeted by more than 845 shells and missiles on places in the southern sector of Idlib countryside and the northern countryside of Hama in addition to Latakia Mountains.

while it rose to 13, the number of civilians who were killed and the Syrian Observatory documented them on Saturday as a result of the air strikes, they are: a woman and her 6 children were killed in a massacre carried out by regime’s warplanes which bombed Deir Sharqi village, 2 men were killed in airstrikes by the Russian warplanes on the outskirts of Kafr Nubl town south of Idlib, a displaced civilian from Halfaya was killed and others were injured in bombing by Russian warplanes on the outskirts of Maarrat al-Nu’man city south of Idlib, 2 men were killed in Russian airstrikes targeted Khan Shaykhun city on the 14th of August 2019, where 2 men were lost before they were found this morning under the rubble of a house, where they came to the city to bring personal needs.
