70 persons were killed in different circumstances within “Putin – Erdogan” area…and about 850 air and ground strikes targeted the area during this day

Activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a raid carried out by the warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” today evening targeting the Martyr Maysar Al-Hamdou’s Hospital in Al-Ghadqah town in the eastern countryside of Idlib, which injured 3 citizens and caused partial damage to the hospital.

While the SOHR documented during this day, 10 civilian casualties who were killed in rocket shelling and bombardment by barrel bombs on areas in Idlib countryside, they are: 4 citizens from the same family including a woman and a child were killed in bombardment by barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on areas in Maar Shamshah village in the eastern countryside of Idlib in addition to the presence of 7 other injuries, 4 citizens including 2 women and a child were killed due to barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Maarshourin town in the eastern countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, the Imam of Al-Rahman Mosque in Tell Mannes town who was killed due to barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on the town in the eastern countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, and a citizen was killed due to rocket shelling that targeted Kafr Nubl city in the southern countryside of Idlib.

The SOHR also documented the killing of 23 fighters including 16 jihadis who were killed today in battles east of Khan Shaykhun in Idlib countryside, in addition to the killing of 8 fighters after being targeted by the regime’s snipers after an infiltration by the latter in the area of Tall Al-Damm east of Idlib province, the SOHR also documented 29 casualties in the ranks of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them who were killed in the battles of east of Khan Shaykhun.

While it rose to 70, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes on Al-Tah, Al-Deir Al-Sharqi, Sheikh Mustafa, Tell Mnaaes, Al-Taman’aa, Maarrat Al-Sin, Jarjnaz, Kafr Sajna, Al-Rakaya, Al-Naqir, Sehyan, Hish and Maarrat Hurma in the southern countryside of Idlib, the clash areas east of Khan Shaykhun, the area of Kabana in the north-eastern countryside of Latakia, while it rose to 50, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Kafr Nubl, Al-Tah, the vicinity of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, Maarrat Hurmah, Al-Hamdiyyeh, the vicinity of Al-Taman’aa and the vicinity of Al-Khwayn in Idlib countryside, the clash areas east of Khan Shaykhun, the area of Kabana in Latakia countryside, also it rose to 48, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Tell Mannes, Maarshourin, Al-Za’lanah and Al-Khwayn in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, the area of Kabana north of Latakia, while it rose to 680, the number of shells and missiles through which the regime forces targeted places in Maarrat Hurmah, Sehyan, Hish, Babulin, Jarjnaz, Al-Moka, Deir Sharqi, Al-Amiriyyeh, Maarshmarin, Maarzita, Kafr Sajna, Kafr Nubl, Hass, the clash areas in the eastern countryside of Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3972, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 27th of August 2019, and they are: 1016 civilians including 251 children and 180 citizen women, and they are 223 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 514 including 144 children, 85 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 111 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1590 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1049 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1366 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 27th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4500 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1301 civilians including 332 children under the age of eighteen and 244 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1676 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1084 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1523 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4730 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1384 civilians including 361 children and 258 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1743 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1186 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1603 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
