The regime forces renew their violations to the ceasefire agreement and shell areas in both Idlib and Aleppo countryside

Activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling carried out by the regime ground forces on areas in Maarrat Al-Sin and Karsaa in the southern countryside of Idlib in conjunction with the overflight of reconnaissance planes over the area, in addition to rocket shelling that targeted areas in Zammar and the villages of Tell Bajer and Makhala along with launching flares over Zammar town in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while the SOHR documented the death of a citizen woman affected by the injury she had as a result of the fall of rocket shells fired by the factions on the 25th of August 2019 on Al-Raseef town which is under the regime forces in the north-western countryside of Hama, while the SOHR published hours ago, that violations are still continuing by the regime forces within what remained of “Putin – Erdogan” area, where the regime forces targeted today evening by rocket shells, areas in Kafr Nubl, Hass, Hazarin and Sheikh Mustafa in the southern countryside of Idlib, the regime forces also shelled the area of Al-Khudur in the northern countryside of Latakia by rocket shells, while the Syrian Observatory monitored hours ago, a renewed rocket shelling by the regime forces, where they targeted by tens of rocket shells places in Maarrat Hurmah, Maarrat Al-Sin, Hazarin, the outskirts of Al-Ftirah, Sheikh Mustafa, Rakaya, and other places in the southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, Zitan, Khalseh and Barnah in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and the area of Kabana in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, and the SOHR published this morning that it documented the death of citizen in bombing by the Russian warplanes on al-Daher village in the vicinity of Darkush west of Idlib city, also the bombing caused injuries in addition to heavy material losses, and in the same context, the regime forces shelled on Wednesday morning places in Hazarin and Sheikh Mustafa south of Idlib as the new ceasefire enters its 12th day in a row, while the Syrian Observatory published in the past few hours that it monitored about 3 airstrikes carried out by warplanes of the Russian “guarantor,”  where they targeted al-Daher area south of Darkush city at the border with Iskenderun, they also carried out several airstrikes on the eastern outskirts of Kafr Takharim city and Kafr Mars village in Jabal al-Semmaq in the northwestern countryside of Idlib, which was inhabited by majority of Druze citizens, and in the same context, the regime forces are still continuing their violations by ground shelling, where they targeted after the midnight of Tuesday – Wednesday and today morning, places in Hish, Kafr Sajna, Al-Tah and Sheikh Mustafa in Idlib countryside, the shelling also targeted the area of Kabana in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, while the regime forces shelled yesterday by tens of rocket shells, areas in Kafr Nubl, Hass, Hazarin, Tal Mans, Marshamsha, Deir Sharqi, Maarzita, and Ma’aret Hurmah.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4130, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 11th of September 2019, and they are: 1053 civilians including 261 children and 187 citizen women, and they are 227 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 540 including 154 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 117 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1671 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1088 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1406 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 11th of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4655 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1336 civilians including 342 children under the age of eighteen and 251 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1757  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1123 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1562 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4886 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1419 civilians including 371 children and 265 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1824 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1225 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1645 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
