The regime forces disperse a demonstration by live fire north of Deir Ezzor leaving about 13 casualties and wounded

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 2 citizens and the injury of 11 others after the regime forces opened live fire on a mass demonstration including hundreds of people, went out today afternoon in the area separating between the Syria Democratic Forces’ areas of influence and the areas dominated by the regime forces at the outskirts of Al-Salihiyah village north of Deir Ezzor, and the SOHR published hours ago, tension still prevails the area separating between the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas and regime forces’-controlled areas north of Deir Ezzor city, against the backdrop of the mass demonstration that hundreds of people carried out on Friday afternoon, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: the demonstrators stormed “Kaziyyet Saqr Checkpoint” of the forces regime in the area, and asked the members to withdraw from it, which was what really happened, then the demonstrators continued walking on foot towards checkpoint of al-Salhiyyeh of the regime forces, and verbal altercations took place between checkpoint members and officers and between demonstrators, which caused the withdrawal of members of the checkpoint towards al-Salhiyyeh village without any shooting targeting the protesters until the moment, where it appears that the regime forces received orders preventing them from opening fire due to the Russian presence in that area, and when the demonstrators approached al-Salhiyyeh village more; members of the regime forces began opening fire to disperse the demonstration and prevent any more approach towards the village which is controlled by them, where  the shooting injured several persons of the demonstrators, and the sources added to the Syrian Observatory that several demonstrators are members of the Syria Democratic Forces from villages at the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and that they were carrying their weapons with them, amid information about the death of one of the protesters of SDF members in shooting by the regime forces, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago,  that it monitored a large demonstration carried out by people of the towns and villages of Khasham, Tabiya Jazira, Marat, Mazloum, Hatla, and Hussainiyah at the al-Ma’amel roundabout north of Deir Ezzor city, demanding the expelling of the regime forces and the Iranian militias, and they also raised signs demanding the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces to take control of these villages and demanded the stop of the Iranian expansion in the area, and the Syrian Observatory learned that several demonstrators stormed a checkpoint known as “Kaziyyet Saqr checkpoint” near al-Salhiyyeh crossing in the area between the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas and regime forces’-controlled areas, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 19th of September 2019 that Deir Ezzor Civil Council loyal to the Syria Democratic Forces issued a resolution stipulates the reopen of al-Salhiya crossing which connects regime forces’-controlled areas to the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas starting on Saturday the 21st of September 2019, where the Civil Council allocated the exit and entry only for humanitarian and social cases.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 13th of September 2019, that the Syria Democratic Forces closed al-Salhiya crossing north of Deir Ezzor city, which connects regime forces’-controlled areas to the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, after the spread of a video showing members of the regime forces and al-Baqir militia threatening to storm the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the Syrian Observatory published yesterday Thursday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained a copy of a video of a leader of the regime forces, in front of some of his members in Hussainiyah village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, saying that the tribes within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas have betrayed the homeland, and that the Kurds occupy areas of the Syrian north and the tribes must join the regime forces to liberate the entire areas controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces in northeast of Syria, and in the video of which the Syrian Observatory obtained a copy of, he says that the sheikhs of al-Bakkara clan and all other clans to be hand to hand with the Syrian leadership, and that they will liberate all the Syrian land including northeast of Syria, he also asked the clans to take protection in a “Kurdish – American – Israeli leadership” he also said that we do not allow the Kurdish to occupy, neither for the American or the Israeli Zionist.”
