Areas in Idlib and Hama countryside witness exchange of shelling and targeting between the regime forces and factions kills an officer of the first, as several shells fall on Jabal al-Akrad

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of a lieutenant of the regime forces in al-Karakat area in Jabal Shashabo in the northern countryside of Hama, as a result of shooting by snipers and the exchange of targeting using machineguns in the contact areas; between the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, and the Syrian Observatory monitored rocket shelling by the Islamic factions targeting positions of the regime forces in Mdaya town south of Idlib, and the regime forces continue to shell what is left of the “de-escalation” area, where they targeted Ma’aret Hurmah and Hass town in the southern countryside of Idlib, and the contact points west of Abu al-Duhur in the eastern countryside of Idlib, and Kabani area in Latakia countryside, also the Syrian Observatory monitored this morning the continuation of rocket shelling at a violent pace by the regime forces for what is left of “Putin – Erdogan” area, where they targeted by tens of rocket shells after midnight of yesterday and this morning, areas in Hish, Kafrsajna, Ma’aret Hurmah, Rakaya, and the surrounding of Maarzita, but no information about casualties so far.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4146, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 22nd of September 2019, and they are: 1064 civilians including 264 children and 189 citizen women, and they are 228 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 125 people including 22 women and 23 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1673 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1088 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1409 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 22nd of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4671 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1347 civilians including 345 children under the age of eighteen and 253 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1759 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1123 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1565 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4902 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1430 civilians including 374 children and 267 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1825 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1225 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1648 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
