Ankara-loyal factions attack SDF in Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city in conjunction with targeting the medical convoy that try to enter the city to evacuate the wounded and injured

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the Turkey-loyal factions are preventing the Kurdish Red Crescent convoy and an American humanitarian organization from passing through and reaching Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city, to evacuate the wounded and injuries people there, where the factions are targeting the convoy which is parked near one of the entrances of Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) from the side of Tal Tamr  town, at a time when Ras al-Ayn city is witnessing clashes between the Syria Democratic Forces against the Ankara-loyal factions, in an attempt by the latter to advance in the area, also areas in the countryside of Ain Issa are witness sporadic clashes between both parties with medium weapons, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory has learned that clashes are taking place in several areas in the countryside of Ras al-Ayn city, between the Syria Democratic Forces against armed groups loyal to Turkey, after the latter stormed villages of Om Eshbeh, Matda’ah, and Bab al-Khair in the countryside of Ras al-Ayn and other places in the area, also about 1 0 people wounded as a result of clashes reached Tal Tamr Hospital.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the “Syrian Observatory for Human Rights” monitored cautious calm in the east Euphrates area since the announcement of the American – Turkish agreement to stop military operations there yesterday evening, while the Turkish Forces violated this calm by renewing the rocket shelling after midnight of yesterday on Ras al-Ayn city at the border strip, in conjunction with the flight of warplanes and helicopters over the city, while gunfire was heard clearly in the city this morning, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a medical and civilian convoy will head today Friday to Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani).

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling carried out by the Turkish forces and their loyal factions on the city of Ras al-Ayn (Sere Kaniye) at the border strip, despit the American – Turkish agreement of halting the military operations in the whole area of east Euphrates, while cautious and relative calm is prevailing the frontlines in the countryside of Ayn Issa town north of Al-Raqqah city, after Turkish warplanes had bombarded villages in the area before the U.S. – Turkish deal, which left casualties,  while 20 citizens were injured with varying severity, after being hit by stray gunshots during celebrations in the cities of Al-Hasaka, Al-Qamishli and others, of the deal reached between the U.S. and Turkey, while it rose to 5, the number of casualties of the regime forces of those who have been killed since Tuesday in targeting and shelling carried out by the Turkish forces and their loyal factions.
