The Russian forces impose their control over “Al-Nadi Al-Zera’i” in order to take it as a headquarters of them in Al-Qamishli .. and information about renting the city’s airbase to Russian forces like Hmeimim

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained new information points to the action of sharing influence in the areas of north-east Syria which is underway currently, in the shadow of the Russian and U.S. common presence inside the area, after the U.S forces had withdrawn then returned again, and after the entry of the Russian forces to the area according to Putin – Erdogan agreement reached last month in Sochi.

And according to the new information; the Russian forces imposed their control over a resort called “Al-Nadi Al-Zera’i” in Al-Qamishli near the are of the airbase, in order to be taken as their headquarters, at the same time, the SOHR obtained information about the possibility of renting Al-Qamishli Airbase by the regime forces to the Russian forces to be their headquarters for 49 years, like what happened in Hmeimim Airbase, at the same time when the U.S. are seeking to establish a new military base in Al-Qamishli.

And the SOHR monitored today morning, the arrival of a patrol of the U.S. Forces in Himo village which is about 4 km away of Qameshly city to the west, and also a few kilometers away of the Syrian – Turkish border, where the patrol roamed the village that already has a U.S. military base, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received information that the U.S. Forces are in the process of establishing a new military post in Qameshly, and according to the information of the Syrian Observatory, the point will be established during today, Saturday, where the U.S. Forces will go from al-Hasakah towards al-Qameshly to work on establishing a permanent point there, and with the withdrawals of the Syria Democratic Forces in accordance with the Russian – Turkish agreement, the control began to become clear day by day, where the area extending from Qameshly to Ayn Diwar became under the U.S. influence, the area extending from Qameshly to Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) and from Tal Abyad to Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) under Russian influence, and the area extending from Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) to Tal Abyad is under the Turkish influence and its loyalist factions, at a time when areas of Abu Rasin and Tal Tamr  countryside until Ras al-Ayn are witnessing renewed clashes between the SDF against Ankara-loyal factions just like the area between Ayn Issa and Tal Abyad.
