The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that Russian military vehicles accompanied by cranes with the “Syrian Red Crescent” logo on them; headed Saturday morning to the countryside of Ras al-Ayn within the area located on the road of al-Darbasiyah – Ras al-Ayn, and sources of the Syrian Observatory reported that the destination of these vehicles is Alok village where there are water wells need to be repaired, where the Syrian Observatory published 2 days ago that teams of the Syrian Red Crescent received today 3 civilian engineers, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the extradition was carried out with Russian mediation, after the 3 were arrested earlier by Turkey-loyal factions while they were working at Alok station, after members of the these factions stole the station’s content from pumps, wires, and generators, which used to pump water to al-Hasakah and Tal Tamr.
