Confirming the Russian officers’ leadership for the military operation in Idlib, “Hmeimim” Airbase admits the killing of four Russian soldiers

“Hmeimim Base” which is based at Hmeimim airbase in Jableh countryside, stated that four Russian soldiers were killed in an attack on the monitoring operation room east of Idlib this night.

Reliable sources confirmed to the “Syrian Observatory” the death of four Russian officers in addition to the injury of others yesterday morning, after an attack by the factions on the positions of the regime and the Russian forces in Tal Msaytif area, while the military operation in Idlib countryside led by Russian officers continue, amid more fatalities in the ranks of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and jihadi factions, as the death toll of both parties rose to 99 in the past 24 hours.

The Syrian Observatory documented yesterday casualties in the ranks of both parties, where the death toll of the regime forces and loyalists since yesterday evening increased to 30, also it rose to 27, the number of fighters killed in the air and ground shelling and clashes including 23 Jihadis.

Today, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 24 members of the regime forces in clashes at the eastern countryside of Idlib, also 18 of the factions were killed including 12 of the Jihadis in the ground and aerial shelling and violent clashes.
