On the fourth of this month, SOHR monitored a huge wave of displacement from Abu Rasin (Zarkan) area, Kisra, and Dahr al-Arab, after Russian forces removed their flags from areas of regime forces deployment. Amid fears of a Turkish invasion in the area in light of mouvments by Turkish Forces and Turkish-backed “National Army” in the area of rural Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani).

On the same day, the Syrian Observatory reported that a Russian military delegation headed this morning to “Olukah” area in order to inspect the water project, which supplies water to al-Hasaka province, but the Turkish Forces prevented them from entering it amid information that Turkish Forces opened fire in the air to force Russians to retreat. Which reflects the increasing disagreements between Russians and Turks that began to appear with the repeated attempts of targeting the Russian base of Hmeimim.

Reliable source informed SOHR that the Russian delegation, after returning to its area in “Abu Rasin” (Zarkan) front, removed all Russian flags on the front along with regime forces flags on the posts of regime forces deployment in the area between Kisra to the edge of Tal Tamer.
