After hours of violent fight, factions withdraw from al-Neirab town east of Idlib and about 30 dead of the regime forces and factions, including Turkish soldiers

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this evening the decrease in frequency of clashes in areas east of Idlib, in addition to the withdrawal of Turkish forces and the factions from Neirab town, hours after the violent clashes between the regime and militiamen loyal to them and between the rebel factions and the Turkish forces, while new Turkish points were established in the vicinity of Neirab town.

In the same context, two Turkish soldiers were killed and 3 others were injured in shelling and clashes on the outskirts of Neirab town east of Idlib city, also 14 members of the rebel factions were killed and 11 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were also killed in the violent clashes inside Neirab town east Idlib.

Hours earlier, the Syrian Observatory monitored a violent attack by the Turkish forces and the factions against positions of the regime forces in Neirab town.

The Turkish forces also carried out heavy shelling on Saraqib city, Aafes, and Ma’arrat Alya.

The Syrian Observatory monitored tens of airstrikes by the Russian warplanes in addition to regime warplanes, where the number of airstrikes carried out by the Russian warplanes increased to 138, targeting areas in Idlib countryside and the clash areas east of Idlib city.

The number of airstrikes carried out by regime warplanes that targeted areas in Idlib and Aleppo also rose to 72.
