Turkish-backed factions demolish mosque minaret and shops with full Turkish consent

Turkish-backed factions are still committing violations, stealing wealth and cutting down trees unchecked, on the contrary, with full Turkish consent.

Reliable sources have informed the Syrian Observatory that “Al-Amchat” faction dug in searching of antiquities around “Mosque of Shea” in all directions, causing the collapse of the minaret. The excavations caused extensive damage in the vicinity of the mosque. Seven shops were demolished as well.

Narcotics substances and alcohol are widespread in the Euphrates shield and “olive branch” areas, north of Aleppo, through members of Turkish-backed factions

These factions are supposed to maintain the internal security in the area, which is experiencing security chaos and violations by the same factions against civilians, as well as clashes occasionally take place among them.

Local sources informed the Syrian Observatory that alcohol and narcotics are spreading in rural areas of Afrin, Azaz and the town of Sajo, which are promoted and distributed secretly by members of factions present there, especially those affiliated with the factions of “Al Hamzat, Sultan Murad and Al-Amchat”.

There are several crossings and areas in Turkish-backed factions-controlled areas, a crossing with Turkey in the north, crossings with Kurdish and regime forces in the south, crossings with SDF in the east, and crossings in the west with HTS-controlled areas
