15 civilians killed or injured in Kurdish shelling on Afrin

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR sources have confirmed that Kurdish forces fired several rockets on places in the Turkish-controlled city of Afrin, north-west of Aleppo. The shelling killed two persons at least and injured 12 others, including children and women. The shells also caused material damage in the targeted areas.

Turkish forces responded to the Kurdish shelling by shelling several places in the Kurdish-controlled township of Shirawa, north-west of Aleppo city.

On March 6, Kurdish forces shelled residential neighborhoods in Afrin city, leaving three persons wounded.
