After days of cautious calm, Turkish forces and proxy factions shell rural Abu Rasin
Al-Hasaka Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
SOHR sources have reported that Turkish forces and proxy factions shelled this evening Zarkan town and Muharmel village in Abu Rasin countryside, where the shells landed over civilian homes. No information about casualties so far. The area has been witnessing continuous calm for days.
On March 15, SOHR sources reported that three improvised explosive devices (IEDs) exploded targeting military vehicles belonging to Turkish forces and proxy factions at the junction of Al-Nasiriyah village in Ras al-Ain countryside, killing five soldiers, two of whom were Turkish soldiers, and wounding others.
