U.S. forces allow Russians for first time to cross M4 road between Raqqa and Hasakeh provinces

SOHR activists say that a column of military vehicles belonging to Russian forces have set off from Ain Issa, north of Raqqa,  heading towards Al-Qamishli airport through the town of Tal Tamer.

The Russian column took the international road “M4”, which is the first time that American forces allowed the Russians to cross it.

American armored vehicles have deployed on international road “M4”, coinciding with the flight of Russian aircraft.

On April 3, Syrian Observatory activists reported seeing a Russian patrol of several military vehicles roaming near Abu Rasin town, east of Ras Al-Ain city “Sere Kaniye” in northern countryside of Al-Hasakah.
