Turkish rocket attacks hit nearly 15 Kurdish-held villages and towns in rural Aleppo

Turkish forces and their proxies continue shelling several areas held by Kurdish and regime forces in northern and north-western countryside of Aleppo with tens of rockets. Scope of the Turkish shelling expanded to cover Tal Rifaat, Sheikh Helal, Kashtar camp, Kafr Antwan, Al-Irshadiyah, Maraanaz and Al-Malikiyah.

SOHR sources reported a few hours ago, that Turkish forces and their proxies renewed rocket attacks on areas held by Kurdish and regime forces in the northern countryside of Aleppo. areas in the villages of Oqaybah, Sawghankah, Ziyyarah, Deir Jamal and Bienah in Shirawa township in north-western Aleppo came under intensive artillery shelling by Turkish forces. The shelling injured a civilian in Oqaybah village, while a regime soldier was killed and other soldiers sustained various injuries.

Yesterday, Observatory sources monitored artillery shelling by Turkish forces and their proxies targeted areas held by Kurdish forces in Kafr Naya, Sheikh Helal and the vicinty of Tal Rifaat city in northern countryside of Aleppo. the shelling injured one civilian.

While on Wednesday, SOHR activists said that Turkish forces stationed in Mare’ city, shelled areas held by Kurdish forces in Tall Qarah, Um al-Housh, Ahres, Tal Soussin and Kafr Naya in northern Aleppo countryside with heavy artillery. The shelling left a displaced child from Afrin injured.
