ERBIL – Another Turkish military convoy reportedly entered the rebel-held areas of neighboring Syria on Saturday, a war monitor revealed.

The convoy included 20 vehicles heading towards the area of “Putin-Erdoğan”, carrying logistical equipment,” Syrian Observatory for Human Rights cited its sources in the region.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, earlier in March reached a new ceasefire agreement on the rebel-held areas in Syria where Ankara had clashed with the Syrian regime forces.

According to SOHR, “the number of military vehicles that entered the Syrian territory since the start of the new ceasefire has reached 2,830 in addition to thousands of Turkish soldiers.”
