SOHR sources say that members of Turkish-backed “Ahrar Al-Sharqiya” attacked yesterday a man with special needs in Jandiras market in rural Afrin, for breaking his fast during Ramadan. The man was brutally beaten by factions, causing him bruises on his body.

Narcotic substances and alcoholic beverages are widespread in the areas of “Euphrates Shield” and “Olive Branch”, north of Aleppo, which are prohibited according to Islamic Sharia law.

In the spring of this year, local sources informed SOHR that narcotic substances and alcoholic beverages are widespread in rural Afrin, Azaz and the town of Sajo, and are being promoted and distributed secretly by members of the dominant factions, particularly those affiliated with “Al-Hamzat”, “Sultan Murad” and Al-Amshat” factions.
