Turkish artillery | Army shells two villages in areas held by Kurdish units, north of Aleppo

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored this evening an artillery shelling by the Turkish army stationed at the Turkish research base, north of Aleppo, targeting the villages of Maranaz and Tal Madiq in rural Tal Rifa’at, in areas held by Kurdish units in northern Aleppo. No casualties have been reported yet.

On May 5, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored fierce clashes on Maranaz and Al-Malkiya frontlines, between Kurdish forces and Turkish-backed factions, accompanied by exchanging fire and shelling. No casualties were reported.
