“De-escalation zone” | Regime forces shell Idlib countryside, as tense calm continues

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this morning renewed clashes on Al-Ankawi frontline in Sahl Al-Ghab, north-west of Hama, between opposition factions and jihadist groups on one side, and regime forces and loyalists on the other, accompanied by exchanging fire on the frontlines.

Regime forces also shelled areas in Al-Fatira, Kansafra, Safohn and Kafr Aweid in southern countryside of Idlib.

Meanwhile, Jabal al-Zawiya and Saraqeb has seen flight of Russian reconnaissance drones in the past few hours.
