Russian routine patrols | Forces tour Al-Hasakah’s Tal Tamr

SOHR activists have monitored a routine Russian patrol touring Tal Tamr area in north-west of Al-Hasakah city. Russian forces conduct such patrols daily in the area.

 

SOHR sources reported yesterday that provocative acts continued between U.S. forces and their Russian counterparts in a familiar scene in the region of northern and eastern Syria.

 

According to Observatory sources, U.S. armoured vehicles tried to intercept Russian vehicles on the M4 highway before reaching Tal Tamer area.

 

On the other hand, five U.S. armoured vehicles were stationed on the M4 and at Hattin junction on the road between Al-Hasakeh and Al-Qamishli cities, waiting for Russian vehicles to prevent them from passing on the road.

 

Meanwhile, the Russian column of about 30 military vehicles deliberately passed through the Turkish-controlled town of Mabrouka, on its way to Ain Issa, north of Raqqa.
