Daraa | Regime forces arrest five civilians on Damascus road, and security checkpoint of Air-Force Intelligence put on high alert in countryside

SOHR sources say that regime forces stationed near the village of Bakrafa on Damascus-Daraa road, arrested today five civilians, including two defectors from the regime’s army, taking them to their prisons.

On the other hand, SOHR sources have reported that members of Air-Force Intelligence stationed on the road between the towns of Bosr al-Harir-Nahteh, were put on high alert.

Syrian Observatory sources added that forces from the “666 Regiment” of the 4th Division are preparing to deploy 20 military checkpoints from the city of Daraa to the areas of Al-Yadoda, Tal Shihab and Zizon in western countryside of Daraa. 

According to Observatory sources, the deployment of the new military checkpoints came amid ongoing assassinations targeting regime soldiers and officers, and collaborators, and for securing the road for regime officers to Zizon camp, which is a major center of the 4th Division in the western Daraa countryside.
