New joint patrol | Russian and Turkish forces tour rural Ain Al-Arab (Kobani)

Russian and Turkish forces conducted a new joint patrol in the countryside of Ain Al-Arab (Kobani). Syrian Observatory activists have monitored Russian and Turkish vehicles touring several villages in the eastern countryside of Ain Al-Arab city this morning.

 

On May 21, SOHR sources reported seeing Russian-Turkish joint patrol touring the western countryside of Ain Al-Arab (Kobani). Four Russian vehicles and four Turkish other ones set off from Ashmah village on Turkey border and roamed in the villages of Jabnah, Jarqily, Benand, Mashku, Qarrat Qawi, Saftek, Boban, Sousan, Dekmidash, Qarran, bayyadiyah and Zor Mghar near the Syria-Turkey border, west Ain Al-Arab city.

 

The patrol was escorted with two Russian helicopters.
