Ceasefire violations | Russian jets strike positions in western Hama, as areas in western Idlib are under rocket fire

Reliable sources have told SOHR that Russian fighter jets executed nearly eight airstrikes, targeting al-Sarmaniyah and Duayr al-Akrad in west Hama countryside.

 

The Russian airstrikes coincided with attacks by regime rocket launchers on al-Aliyah area in the western countryside of Idlib. However, no casualties have been reported.

 

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that a Russian fighter jet executed several airstrikes on the surrounding areas of al-Bara and Kansafra towns in Jabal al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib. No casualties were reported.

 

A few hours earlier, SOHR sources reported that Russian fighter jets executed over five airstrikes, targeting Kabana frontline in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, but no casualties were reported. The Russian airstrikes were followed by intensive rocket fire by regime forces on the same region.
