Armed attack | Six people killed on Al-Kherafi highway in Al-Hasakah

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported that unknown gunmen believed to be of ISIS cells opened fire on a group of six people, whose identities remain unknown, on Al-Kherafi highway linking Al-Hasakah and Deir Ezzor in SDF-controlled areas. The attackers managed to kill the entire group.

 

SOHR has documented 130 operations carried out by ISIS, including armed attacks and explosions, in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration since early 2022. According to SOHR statistics, these operations left 104 persons dead: 37 civilians, including a woman and a child, and 67 members of SDF, the Internal Security Forces and other military formations operating in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration.

 

It is worth noting that these attacks have not included the operation of Ghuwayran prison, which left heavy losses.
