Explosion rocks Homs city and 40 Russian airstrieks target Mahin town

Homs province: A massive explosion has been heard in al-Zahraa neighborhood which is inhabited by Alawite caused by detonating a suicide car, what wounded a number of civilians and caused material damages, confirmed reports of human losses. Russian warplanes targeted areas of the electricity management area ,Qasr al-Her school, Tadmur city, and al-Sena’ia area what killed 4 civilians including a child. Clashes taking place between IS and regime forces around Mahin area and Tadmur city, reports of losses in both sides.
