About 4 thousand people returning to the south of the capital Damascus in a completion of a previous agreement with the regime forces

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by several reliable sources in the south of the capital that about four thousand people have returned today to the neighborhoods of al-Qadam, Al-Asali and Jouret Al-Chreibati south of the capital Damascus, in a completion of a previous agreement with the regime forces, which has nothing to do with the current agreement which regard getting members from the “Islamic State” and their families out of the neighborhood (which was expected to be carried out today) but it is a completion of a previous agreement between the factions in the mentioned neighborhoods and the regime forces.
