30 children, a citizen woman and three men (including 3 blind children) are the victims of the second massacre in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor which carried out by warplanes today.

Deir Ezzor Province:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 30 civilian citizens at least in a massacre carried out by warplanes (it is unknown whether they were Russian or regime’s warplanes) on areas in the town of Tabiyyah Jazeerah in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, Among the total casualties are 13 children (three of them are blind from the same family) and eight citizen women, the targeting also injured tens of people, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, and there are confirmed information about other casualties, which rise to at least 40 the number of people whom death was documented by Observatory martyrdom today in tow massacres carried out by warplanes in the towns of Tabiyyah Jazeerah and al-Boleel in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which in turn raises to 91 (including 25 children and 16 citizen women) the number of people whom death was documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights since the 16th of January 2016 in bombing by the regime forces and raids by Syrian and Russian warplanes.
