18 members from the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them killed in Palmyra clashes and in a booby trapped vehicle detonation, and 24 members from the “Islamic State” killed during the same clashes

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights of was able to document the killing of at least 18 members of from the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, including a brigadier who is a regiment commander during the clashes, shelling and clashes in the city of Palmyra against the “Islamic state” which, also the Syrian Observatory for human rights documented the killing of at least 24 members from the “Islamic State” in the intensive bombing by Russian and Syrian warplanes and in the clashes in Palmyra city and its vicinity and outskirts since the dawn of Friday and until now, while violent clashes are taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them from Syrian, Arab and Asian nationalities against the “Islamic State” in the south, southwest and west of Palmyra city, and in the neighborhoods of al-Motaqaedin and the Western Jam’eyyah in the city, while the regime forces continued targeting the city, in conjunction with intensive raids by warplanes on areas in the city and its outskirts.
