IS executes 24 civilians 10km away from Menbej city

SOHR was informed that the IS executed and killed 24 civilians in the past 24 hours in al-Bower village 10km from Menbej village, the IS broke into the village and took control on it, IS also took control on Qarat, al-Bwer, al-Jamosia, Qatweran, and other villages after clashes against SDF, confirmed reports of advances for SDF in the area as well. A  man from Menbej died wounded after aerial bombardment by the coalition warplanes earlier. 2 men were killed by snipers during attempts to escape Menbej.
