IS detains 4 civilians in Raqqa city

Raqqa province: Civilian sources reported to SOHR that the IS detained 4 civilians in al-Raqqa city for detonating an IED in Tal Abiad street and led them to unknown destination. 2 civilians were beaten by the Turkish border guards for trying to cross into the Turkish lands in the northern countryside.
