Cease-fire agreement in al-Wa’er neighborhood tomorrow

Homs Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed that al-Wa’er neighborhood in Homs city is witnessing a cease-fire that will last until 02:00 pm tomorrow Wednesday the 7^th of December 2016, and that after an agreement between the civil committee of the neighborhood and several notables from the neighborhood, with representatives of the Syrian regime.
In a separate context, a child died due to the lack of necessary medicines and treatment, poor living and weather conditions, in al-Rokban camp at the Syrian Desert on the border with Jordan.
