Under Russian supervision, thousands will be migrated from al-Waer neighborhood in Homs

Homs province: SOHR was informed by reliable sources that an agreement has been signed to migrate the inhabitants of Al-waer neighborhood in Homs city under Russian supervision, the sources confirmed that the agreement was confirmed after it faced issues yesterday, 12000 will be migrated including 2500 rebels,
starting from next week 1500 persons will be migrated including (400-500 rebels) into Homs and northern countryside , Idlib, and Jarablis, and the regime forces will be responsible for their safety, followed by forming public committees ( Russian side – Alwaer Inhabitants – The security committee of alWaer),  A crossing will be opened from and into al-Waer neighborhood.

 Russian army will be distributed in the neighborhood about 60 to 100 soldiers including officers, after transporting all the rebels from the area, for the supervision on the next level which includes the return of the civilians to their homes and to keep the security in the neighborhood and protect the civilians properties, in addition to prevent any arrests against the inhabitants of the neighborhood, and make sure there are no weapons or rebels and prevent NDF and regime allied militia from entering the neighborhood including Shiaa militia.
