preparation for joint operation room between YPG units and the Peshmerga forces

 

 

Reliable resources from the military leadership in Kobani city reported to SOHR that a joint military operation room is going to be established in order to coordinate between YPG units and the Kurdish Peshmerga forces, where 10 fighters of these forces entered the city of Kobani coming from the crossing border between the city and the Turkish territories as a prelude to enter the rest of fighters with their weapons.

 

11 fighters from YPG died while 20 other injured in the violent clashes with IS yesterday night in al- Haj Rashad Mosque area in an attempt by IS to advance toward the neighborhood of al- Jamarek.

 

U.S. and allied coalition warplanes carried out 3 strikes on some IS positions in the east of Kobani with no information about casualties.
