Under Qatari supervision, a case fire agreement was reached and new migration of civilians from several areas will be applied

Several sources reported to SOHR that a casefire agreement and migration agreement have been reached in Madaya Zabdani, Karia and al-Fouaa, to begin in the 4th of April 2017, 8000 civilians will be evacuated from Kafria and al-Foua, in exchange, the same number will be evacuated from Zabdani and Madaya in the first stage, will be followed by second stage with the same numbers in order to evacuate 8000 rebels from Zabdani and Madaya.

The sources reported that the evacuated from Kafria and al-Fouaa will be transported to regime controlled areas of Damascus, while the evacuated from Madaya and Zabdani will be transported into Idlib and Jarablis which are taken over by rebels and al-Furat shield factions, and the regime forces will release 1500 detainees as the case fire agreement will be taking place for 9 months in Madaya and Zabdani in addition Bait Sahm, Yelda and the Yarmok camp, Kafria, and al-Fouaa, sources confirmed that the agreement was reached after negotiations between al-Fateh army and Iranian officers under Qatari supervision,
