8 casualties at least by air strikes and rocket shells targeted a town controlled by the factions and two towns controlled by the regime forces in Hama countryside

Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, Turkistan and the factions lost all areas to which they advanced during about 36 hours of violent clashes

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces managed to achieve more advancement in the north-eastern countryside of Hama, supported by gunmen loyal to them, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights observed that the regime forces managed to retake the control of the whole area which it lost for Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, the Islamic Party of Turkestan, Jaysh al-Izza and the rebel and Islamic factions, which is composed of Al-Tulaysiyah, Al-Shatheh, Al-Qahirah and Al-Talah Al-Sawdaa while the clashes are continuing in lower level of violence, amid exchange of targeting between the both parties.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also observed more aerial, artillery and rocket shelling, in which warplanes and helicopters carried out raids on Khan Shaykhun, Murak, Qalaat al-Madiq and Hazarin, in conjunction with shelling by the regime forces on areas in Qalaat al-Madiq and Kfr Zita towns, which resulted in the death of 5 citizen including 3 citizen women, and the injury of others with varying degrees of severity, in Qalaat al-Madiq, and the death toll is still likely to rise because of the presence of serious injuries, while the factions targeted areas in Al-Suqaylabiyah and Salhab, which are controlled by the regime forces in which Al-Suqaylabiyah is inhabited by a majority of citizens of who are Christians while Salhab is inhabited by citizens of Alawite community, and this came as a response of the targeting of the Russian warplanes to the towns and the villages of Hama and Idlib countryside, and the targeting by dozens of shells resulted in the death of 3 casualties they are two women and a child and the injury of others with varying degrees of severity.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that Russian and regime warplanes continue carrying out the intensive raids on the countryside of Hama and Idlib, targeting areas in the southern countryside of Idlib; and the northern and northeastern countryside of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory has documented more than 336 raids by the Russian and regime warplanes since the dawn of Tuesday the 19th of September 2017, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored these planes carrying out tens of raids targeting towns and villages of al-Lataminah, Morek, al-Janabera “al-Bana”, Tal Hawash, KafrZitta, Arafa, Hazm, the vicinity of Maan, Atshan and Khafsin in the northern and northeastern countryside of Hama, And towns and the villages of Sinjar, Maarzita, al-Ftirah, Karsa’aa, al-Naqir, Al-Taman’aa, Al-Hbit, Skik, Maar Htat, Jarjanaz, al-Hamdiyyeh, Talmanas, Sinjar, and Wadi al-Deif in the countryside of Idlib, and in addition to the mentioned areas they targeted yesterday the areas, cities, towns, villages of Khan Shaykhun, al-Tah, Latmin, Kafr Nubl and al-Bara and other areas in Hama and Idlib, and these raids caused casualties and injuries, where it rose to 9 at least, the number of people who were killed in these airstrike since the dawn of Tuesday the 19th of September 2017, including a woman and two of her children and her baby grandson, and 2 women, they were killed in the air raids on al-Rahman Obstetrics Hospital in al-Tah town and the towns of Jarjanaz, Khan Shaykhun, Kafr Nabudah, Al-Dahriyyeh and Al-Hbit, also the shelling caused tens of injuries, some of them are seriously wounded.

The Syrian Observatory has also documented since the start of the “Last Attempt” battle on Tuesday morning airstrikes targeting the civil defense centers in Khan Shaykhun, Al-Taman’aa and Kafr Nubl in the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to targeting hospitals and medical points in the southern countryside of Idlib by warplanes and helicopters, which are the medical mercy Point of Khan Shaykhun and al-Rahman Obstetrics Hospital in the town of al-Tah which were targeted directly, in addition to targeting the vicinity of a hospital in Kafr Nubl town, and the vicinity of a hospital in Talmanas and the vicinity of a medical point in Maarzita.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored two helicopters (which are not known whether they were Russian or not) targeting the areas of presence and control of the factions between the northern countryside of Hama, while the clashes continues for the second consecutive day between the regime forces and militiamen Loyal to them against Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, the rebel and Islamic factions, the Islamic Turkestani party and Jaysh Al-Ezza in areas is northeastern countryside of Hama, and in the vicinity of Maan area and other areas, amid intense exchange of shelling in the clash areas between both parties, where the factions are trying to advance in the area, while the regime forces are trying to restore the areas they lost, which are Al-Qahera, al-Tlisiyyah, Shatha and Tallat al-Sawda, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of at least 54 members of the fighters of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, the Turkistan and the factions since the start of the fighting, and also at least 31 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the same clashes, while tens of both parties were injured.
