The death of more citizens in the Eastern Ghouta raise to 29 persons the number of those who were killed by the warplanes and the regime forces in their escalation on the cities and the towns of the area

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the death toll in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus increased again as a result of the death of more citizens, affected by the injury they had in the shelling carried out by the regime forces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a citizen in the shelling by artillery shells by the regime forces, on areas in Douma city, increasing to 29 including 6 children and 3 citizen women at least, the number of casualties who died today Monday the 5th of February 2018, and the casualties are: a citizen was killed in artillery shelling on areas in Douma city, 10 persons including 2 citizen women and 2 children, who were killed in bombardment by warplanes on a market in Beit Sawa, 9 persons including 2 child girls, a citizen woman and the leader of the Civil Defense Centre, were killed in a massacre carried out by the warplanes in Arbin city after targeting it by 15 raids, 6 persons including 2 child girls were killed in a massacre carried out by targeting an area in Hazza town by a raid, 2 persons one of them is a child were killed by 2 raids carried out by warplanes on areas in Zamalka city, and a citizen was killed due to 3 raids carried out by warplanes on Hamouriyah, while the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of more than 70 injuries, some of them have seriously wounded, and some others have permanent disabilities.

 

Thus, the death toll has increased to 287 citizens including 72 children and 47 citizen women, who have been killed since the 29th of December 2017, as a result of targeting the Eastern Ghouta by hundreds of raids and hundreds of artillery and rocket strikes, and the casualties are 168 citizens including 51 children, 36 citizen women and a male nurse, they were killed in raids by the warplanes on areas in Harasta city controlled by the Islamic movement of Ahrar Al-Sham and raids on Madyara town as well as the cities of Saqba, Hamuriya, Douma and Arbin, and 118 citizens including 21 children and 11 citizen women and 2 male nurses were killed by artillery and rocket shelling targeted areas in Beit Sawa town, the cities of Harasta, Hamuriya, Douma and Arbin as well as the towns of Kafr Batna, Mesraba, Al-Nashabiyah, Otaya and Mesraba.
