International Coalition warplanes continue targeting ISIS south of al-Hasakah amid the continuation of violent clashes in the area

Al-Hasaka Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the violent clashes continue in areas at the southern countryside of Hasakah, between members of the “Islamic State” organization against the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition, within the continuation of the military operation by the latter in the area, which aims to end the presence of ISIS in the southern countryside of al-Hasakah, and the clashes were accompanied by the flight of International Coalition warplane in the skies of the area, in conjunction with their bombardment for the clash areas every now and then, amid information about a new advancement for the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory published morning of today, Monday, that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of military operations in the southern countryside of Hasakah, led by the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition with the aim of ending the existence of the “Islamic State” organization in the area, where the clashes continue violently between the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the International Coalition against members of the organization; in areas in the last enclave of the organization in the southern countryside of al-Hasakah near the Syrian-Iraqi border, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the Syria Democratic Forces were able to achieve a wide advancement in this enclave and controlled villages and areas there, clamping down more on the organization and confining it in a narrower space, while military operations continue  trying to achieve a full control of the area and end the existence of the organization in al-Hasaka province.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored continuous aerial and ground bombardment and shelling on the southern countryside of Hasakah, adjacent to the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where warplanes of the International Coalition targeted by intense and consecutive strikes areas in Dshisha village and the nearby villages, in conjunction with artillery and missile shelling by the Syria Democratic Forces and by the artillery of the International Coalition on the same areas, the shelling and clashes caused the killing and flee of tens of members of the “Islamic State” organization.

The Syrian Observatory published about 24 hours ago that it monitored the start of displacement of hundreds of citizens from the “Islamic State” organization’s controlled areas in its last enclave in the southern countryside of the Hasakah, adjacent to its controlled enclave in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the citizens of the area are displacing towards areas controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces south of al-Hasakah and the countryside of Deir Ezzor, fleeing the military operation which is prepared by the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition, to control the whole south of Al-Hasakah, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored artillery shelling by the International Coalition and SDF on the “Islamic State” organization’s controlled areas, in conjunction with clashes of varying violence in areas at the outskirts ISIS-controlled enclave.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 2nd of June 2018 that it rose to at least 14, the number of casualties who were killed in two rounds of bombardment during the past 24 hours, and the casualties are a man and his wife who were killed in bombardment today evening, Saturday the 2nd of June 2018, and 12 citizens of one family including a woman and 3 of her sons including a citizen woman as well as 5 others (4 children and a citizen woman) of the same family, were killed as a result of bombardment by the International Coalition’s warplanes on Haddaj village in the southern sector of Al-Hasaka countryside, which is still under the “Islamic State” organization’s control.

Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received information yesterday that The Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition will start a military operation during the coming hours against the “Islamic State” organization in the southern countryside of Hasakah, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: the military forces have started their preparations to launch a large-scale military operation against the organization in its remaining enclave at the southern countryside of al-Hasakah, which is connected to the organization’s enclave in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where fighters were put on alert and the artillery and military vehicles are being prepared, in conjunction with the flight of warplanes of the International Coalition in the skies of the area, in preparation for the launch of the operation. And on the other side, the “Islamic State” organization’s-controlled areas are also on alert by members of the “Islamic State” organization, in preparations to repel the attack through which the Syria Democratic Forces and forces of the coalition seek to end the existence the organization in al-Hasaka province and the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which leave the organization with its last enclave at the east bank of Euphrates River, which SDF and the Coalition failed to control.

The Syrian Observatory published 4 days ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the stop of clashes and military operations east of Euphrates River against the “Islamic State” organization, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory from reliable sources: the military operation of Syria Democratic Forces supported by the International Coalition Forces and warplanes, have stopped again, where it had stopped on 22nd of May and then it started again on the 24th of the same month, then it stopped once more during the last 24 hours, following the failure of SDF and the International Coalition to advance in the last remaining enclave of ISIS at the eastern banks of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and after their failure to break into Hajin town for which the Organization desperately fought to repel the attack on the town and on the rest of the enclave, while reliable sources also confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the course of military action east of Euphrates River is diverted, where preparations are underway to carry out a wide military operation in the remaining enclave of the Organization in the southern countryside of al-Hasakah; which is connected with the Organization’s enclave in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor the near the Syrian-Iraqi border, where the enclave witnessed artillery shelling in the past hours targeted Tal al-Shayer area in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah, but it was not known whether the source of the artillery shelling was the Syria Democratic Forces or the Iraqi forces.
