More assassination attempts and bombings take place in the countryside of Idlib within the continued security chaos inside the province

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a violent explosion was heard on the road between the towns of al-Bara and Kansafra on the outskirts of Jabal al-Zawiyah in the southwestern countryside of Idlib, caused by an IED explosion in a car of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, which injured 3 members, this explosion comes within the continued security chaos and assassinations against Syrian and non-Syrian fighters and civilians, where the Syrian Observatory has documented that it rose to 189, the number of people who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside, they are 46 civilians including 8 children and 3 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 120 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 23 fighters of Uzbek, Asian, and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways since the 26th of April 2018, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization.

Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: areas in the Huraytan town in the northern countryside of Aleppo were shelled by regime forces’ artillery, which caused injuries and material damage in the area, and the Syrian Observatory published last night that explosions were heard in the southern countryside of Aleppo, caused by shelling by the regime forces which targeted areas in Zitan town and its vicinity, also the regime forces shelled areas in the vicinity of Uwayjil village in the western countryside of Aleppo, which caused material damage, without information about casualties.
