Casualties of the regime forces in an IED explosion in Latakia Mountains

Latakia Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the killing of 2 members of the regime forces by an IED explosion in al-Sarraf area in Jabal al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Latakia, as well as the regime forces in places al-Akrad and Jabal al-Turkman north of Latakia, where a fighter of the factions was killed in the shelling and others were injured.
