Medical and civilian convoy prepares to head towards Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city and sounds of gunfire clearly heard in the city in conjunction with cautious calm prevailing all over east Euphrates

The “Syrian Observatory for Human Rights” monitored cautious calm in the east Euphrates area since the announcement of the American – Turkish agreement to stop military operations there yesterday evening, while the Turkish Forces violated this calm by renewing the rocket shelling after midnight of yesterday on Ras al-Ayn city at the border strip, in conjunction with the flight of warplanes and helicopters over the city, while gunfire was heard clearly in the city this morning, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a medical and civilian convoy will head today Friday to Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani).

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling carried out by the Turkish forces and their loyal factions on the city of Ras al-Ayn (Sere Kaniye) at the border strip, despit the American – Turkish agreement of halting the military operations in the whole area of east Euphrates, while cautious and relative calm is prevailing the frontlines in the countryside of Ayn Issa town north of Al-Raqqah city, after Turkish warplanes had bombarded villages in the area before the U.S. – Turkish deal, which left casualties,  while 20 citizens were injured with varying severity, after being hit by stray gunshots during celebrations in the cities of Al-Hasaka, Al-Qamishli and others, of the deal reached between the U.S. and Turkey, while it rose to 5, the number of casualties of the regime forces of those who have been killed since Tuesday in targeting and shelling carried out by the Turkish forces and their loyal factions.
