Tense calm returns to “Putin-Erdogan” area after yesterday’s clashes south of Idlib 

SOHR sources say that tense calm returned to the area of “Putin-Erdogan” as the new ceasefire entered its 18th day in a row, following violations took place in the area yesterday.

Yesterday, the Syrian Observatory monitored sporadic clashes with heavy machine guns on Hazarin frontline in Idlib countryside, took place between opposition factions and jihadists on one side, and regime forces and loyalists on the other. Three regime soldiers were killed and others were injured while attempting to infiltrate to factions’ position.

The Syrian Observatory monitored the flight of Russian reconnaissance planes over the area of “Putin-Erdogan”.

Meanwhile, regime forces shelled Al-Fatira village with several artillery shells.
