14 civilians and fighters were killed in airstrikes and shelling in the northern countryside of Homs

Homs Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
It rose to 14 persons, the number of persons who were killed in the northern countryside of Homs and they are: 10 persons -including three citizen women and five fighters of an Islamic movement- were killed when the regime forces targeted with a missile a tractor on the road between the villages al-Sama’lil and al-Nurj in the northern countryside of Homs and other areas in the village al-Sama’lil, in addition to the four citizens (a woman and her child and two sisters from one family) they were killed by bombing by warplanes on areas in the town of Al-Ghantu in the northern countryside of Homs, and in another context, the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed by reliable sources that an agreement took place between the Negotiations Commission in al-Wa’er neighborhood and a Russian delegation for a temporary ceasefire until Saturday the 3rd of December 2016.
