21 children and citizen woman among the 25civilian casualties killed in a massacre in Idlib city

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
It rose to 25 at least, most of them are displaced people including 14 children under the age of eighteen and 8 citizens over the age of eighteen, the number persons who were killed and documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights of who were killed in a massacre carried out by warplanes believed to be Russian, they targeted al-Qosur neighborhood in Idlib city, and within the total number of casualty there is a displaced man from the al-Bab area in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo along with 13 members of his family and the family of his doctor brother, in addition to other displaced persons from the countryside of Aleppo, including a woman and two of her female children, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation and because there are missing people under the rubble of the destruction caused by the aerial bombardment.
