Air and artillery strikes accompany the clashes in the desert of Palmyra and casualties in Al-Raqqah

Homs Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: continued clashes are still taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against the “Islamic State” organization in the areas of the silos and al-Talila in the eastern desert of Palmyra, amid continued shelling by the regime forces on the clash areas, and the clashes are accompanied by warplanes airstrikes on the clash areas, clashes between both parties are also still taking place in areas on the road of Palmyra – al-Sokhna, amid exchange of targeting between both parties.

Al-Raqqa Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: 3 persons were killed; they are 2 men killed in a landmine explosion in the western outskirts of al-Raqqa, and a man killed by a sniper fire in the city.
