“Unidentified” warplanes target Deir Ezzor city causing a massacre of at least 22 people

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unidentified warplanes until the moment targeted places in al-Qosur neighborhood which is controlled by the regime forces in Deir Ezzor city, which caused a massacre of more than 22 people, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation and due to information about other casualties, it worth mentioning that Deir Ezzor city is witnessing a continuous military operation in which the regime forces supported by their warplanes and helicopters as well as the Russian Airforce are seeking to end the existence of the “Islamic State” organization in Deir Ezzor city.
