A number of areas in the capital Damascus are targeted by more shells

Damascus Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the sound of violent explosions is continuing to be heard in the capital Damascus, caused by the fall of more shells on it where several shells fell on areas in the neighborhoods of Bab Al-Salam, Al-Dwel’aa, Al-Manakhliyyah, Al-Asruniyyah, and other areas in the Old Damascus, which resulted in the burning of a car in the Old Damascus, and caused material damage, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published few hours ago, that violent explosions rocked the capital Damascus caused by the fall of several shells on areas in Al-Sabea’ Bahrat, the vicinity of King Faisal Street, the vicinity of Abu Rummanah, and Bab Touma, which caused material damage, and resulted in the injury of a number of persons, and this shelling comes as a part of the escalation of targeting the capital Damascus since yesterday, Tuesday, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that 16 persons at least were killed, they are 11 people including 3 children and a woman were killed after targeting the areas of Shaalan, Baramkeh, Jesr al-Ra’eis, al-Omawiyyin Square, Al-Qassa’a, Tahrir Square, Baghdad Street, Aleppo Street, King Faisal Street, al-Zablatani, al-Abbasiyyin, Bab Tuma and Esh al-Warwar in the center of Damascus and its outskirts, and 5 citizens including a child, a woman and two children brothers were killed in the fall of shells on areas in Jaramana Suburb, also the shells targeted areas in Alassad Suburb, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are about 60 injured people, and some of them are in critical situation.
